ROOMMATE FINDER WITH FURNISHED HOUSE
If you are looking for an inexpensive place to live, the most practical way to do that is to share expenses with others. But, you need to know someone needing a roommate, or answer an ad of a stranger.
Welcome to a unique opportunity.
I work for Paxton Properties in Oklahoma City, and manage a rental property next door to me, in which I rent rooms. A person can get anywhere in town very quickly, as we are close to I-44. I have already found your roommates, and they are really nice guys. I don't think you will have any problems here, but if one arises, I'm right next door to help. In other words, you can take advantage of living the most inexpensive way possible, without having the hassle of finding a roommate, and dealing with any problems on your own.
I've been doing this for many years, so I'm experienced with how to make it work. Also, I screen really well. Therefore, there are hardly ever any problems anyway.
Room One is available at this time.
Room One is an upstairs Southwest bedroom. Room Two is an upstairs Southeast bedroom. Room Three is a downstairs Northeast bedroom. All rooms are furnished, and wired for cable.
Upstairs, Room One and Room Two are next to each other with the main bath in the hall. The bath has a tub with shower. Room Two has a half bath, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. Room Three has a separate, three quarter bath, and its own outside entrance.
Rooms One and Two share a large refrigerator in the downstairs kitchen. Room Three has a separate refrigerator.
There is a digital washer/dryer in the upstairs hall.
Rooms One and Two can also be rented at a discount when rented by one person (or two people on the same contract). The rooms can be set up as two bedrooms or as a bedroom and living area.
The house has central heat and air, and there are window units in each of the bedrooms. It also has all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, toaster, popcorn machine, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, cooking utensils, eating utensils, glasses, cups, saucers, and dishes. You need to bring very little with you.
